We're a Canadian children's book publisher that focuses on making great books for kids and better memories for families, all while doing what we can to make the world a bit greener.

Butterflies don’t taste with their mouths...

They use their feet!

Chemical receptors on their tarsi help them “taste” leaves and flowers just by landing on them.

This is how they find the right plants for food and for laying eggs. They can even sense salt in human sweat the same way.
